First, with the spread to Europe, a change in culture began to manifest itself. Aside from the literal meaning of the question, the main theme of spa culture is water treatments, called hydrotherapy.The benefits of spa are countless. It incorporates techniques that bring many benefits both mentally and physically. While the methods used in spa treatments along with the surrounding air have a relaxing effect on your soul, your body will find the healing it seeks through aromatherapy and massage techniques. The ambient temperature should be brought to a temperature 2-3 degrees above the water temperature. The human body is sensitive to the temperature of the water and the environment. The snow room is a mesmerizing atmosphere of winter, all year round. The best Russian fun is to lie in a snowdrift, walk on it barefoot or rub yourself, especially in combination with a sauna in a real Russian bath, because the contrasting change of temperature has a beneficial effect on the human body!  Snow room installation can be used not only in spa complexes, but also in private cottages and saunas. Its principle of operation is quite simple, in a small cabin with negative temperature in which snow is fed through special equipment into a special bowl, and in a separate room is connected to the system of generation of artificial snow, ventilation, water and air treatment, which is controlled by an electronic panel.

Snow Room

Flotarium is a capsule filled with water with high salt content for weightlessness sessions. Water temperature close to body temperature, absence of external stimuli such as light, noise contribute to complete relaxation. Sensory deprivation chamber is one of the most accessible ways to get rid of stress, depression, sleep problems and other mental disorders. The room in which the spa therapy procedure is performed should be completely isolated from various external stimuli.

Flotarium

As an additional option, an ice maker and a snow maker can be installed here. This room was used in the classical Roman thermae, where a cold water pool was installed.Contrasting treatments will bring tangible benefits to your health. Extreme cooling methods are combined with the room of Russian steam rooms and saunas, Turkish hammams.

This is a room with a constant low air temperature of 0 to - 5 °C. There are benches in the room, the residence time is longer compared to the snow room. The room is dry and does not need a water supply for operation.

Frigidarium

Warming the body on ceramic (stone) beds heated to a comfortable temperature is used to prevent and treat nervous and muscle tension, bronchial and lung diseases, migraines, overweight and cellulite, some diseases of the skin and joints. Staying in the tepidarium has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular, immune and respiratory systems, activates blood circulation and improves metabolism, removes toxins, relaxes the body and restores strength.

The word tepidarium comes from the Greek word "tepidus" - warm, hot. It is a warm, dry room of the steam room with the effect of radiant heat, which is provided by heat radiation from heated walls, floors and beds made of natural stone or marble

Ice hole is a modernized font, which can be of any size and shape. The bowl of the font is made of different materials: concrete, reinforced polystyrene foam panels. You can also choose a ready-made bowl made of composite materials or polypropylene, a wooden barrel. The front side can be finished with wood, glass mosaic or ceramic tiles. When ready, it is a real ice hole: ice crust is formed on the walls and the water temperature is between 0 and +1 °C.
